Have you ever looked at our logo and thought our name was SANNEA? You’re not alone!
I talked with all of our customers from abroad and most of them think it's SANNEA. Let’s solve a small mystery that has followed our brand around the world.
One Tiny Mark, One Extra Letter
Imagine this: you come across one of our cooler bags, notice the SANNE logo, and prepare to tell a colleague about it.
“Hey, I found a nice cooler bag brand. It’s called SANNEA!”
Sounds reasonable, right?
Well… almost!
Our brand name is SANNE, not SANNEA. The little symbol appearing after our brand name has caused a bit of confusion. Some people have mistaken it for the letter “A,” so when they read, pronounce, or record our brand name, an extra letter sneaks in.Even they use keyword SANNEA to look for our products.
And just like that, SANNE becomes SANNEA.
No extra product feature. No secret new brand. Just one tiny symbol creating a surprisingly big misunderstanding!
We have explained this to customers more times than we can count. Sometimes we feel like teachers correcting a spelling quiz — except this is a brand name, and the quiz keeps coming back. 😄
Why Don’t We Just Change the Logo?
Fair question!
If a small symbol is causing so much confusion, why not simply remove it?
Here’s the catch: our SANNE trademark has been registered in more than 100 countries and territories, and our existing brand identity is already tied to those registrations.
Changing the mark is not as simple as opening a design file and pressing the delete key. Trademark protection, brand consistency, and the legal implications of changing an established identity all need to be considered.
So, for now, the logo stays — and we’ll keep doing our part to make sure people know the correct name.
Think of it as a small pronunciation lesson that comes with meeting our brand.
The rule is simple:

A Name Is More Than a Logo
Behind the name SANNE is our work in cooler bags and insulated bags for everyday use, outdoor activities, travel, food and beverage carrying, retail, and promotional projects.
We work with customers looking for ready-stock styles as well as buyers who need customized designs, colors, or logos for their own markets.
For us, a brand is not just a name printed on a bag. It is also the products we make, the details we pay attention to, the communication we maintain with customers, and the trust we build over time.
That is why we want our name to be recognized correctly. When customers search for us, contact us, recommend us to a colleague, or place an order, we want them to find the right brand — not an accidental variation of it.
And honestly, after all the effort that goes into building a brand, we would love to save everyone a little typing, too!
One More Important Thing: Please Watch Out for Imitations
There is another reason we want to make this clarification.
