1. What materials are your cooler bags made of?
The outer layer is high-density Oxford fabric (available in 600D/210D), the inner lining is food-grade PEVA or aluminum foil, and the middle layer is thickened EPE foam or EVA foam for insulation and durability.
2. How long can the cooler bag keep food cold or hot?
When fully packed with high-efficiency ice packs, it can maintain cold temperatures for 4-8 hours (depending on ambient temperature). Actual duration depends on the starting temperature of contents and external conditions.
3. Is the inner lining safe for direct food contact?
Yes. The inner lining is made of food-grade PEVA or aluminum foil, non-toxic and odorless, compliant with international food safety standards. It is safe for direct food contact.
4. Is the outer fabric waterproof?
The Oxford fabric is treated with a water-resistant coating, providing protection against daily splashes and light rain. For full waterproofing, TPU or PVC coating can be customized.
5. How should I clean and maintain the cooler bag?
Wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth or mild soapy water, then air-dry in a shaded area. Do not machine wash, bleach, or expose to direct sunlight, as this may damage the insulation layer.
6. Does the bag have a smell when new?
A slight odor is normal for new products. Air it out in a ventilated area for 1-2 days or wipe the interior with a damp cloth, and the smell will dissipate.
Customization
7. Do you support custom logos and designs?
Yes. We offer screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, and full-color printing. Provide your artwork, and we will make a sample for confirmation before mass production.
8. What is the MOQ for customized orders?
For standard screen-printed logos, the MOQ is typically 1,000-2,000 pieces. Smaller trial orders can be negotiated for new clients.
9. Can I use my own hang tags and packaging?
Yes. We support assembling with your own hang tags, wash labels, and packaging. We can also print your brand information on the packaging.
10. Can you develop new styles not in your catalog?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM. Just provide your concept or sketches, and we can develop it into a product.

11. How can I get a price quote?
Please provide the product style, dimensions, quantity, and customization requirements. We will send you an accurate quote as soon as possible. You can also inquire through the website form.
12. Does your price include shipping costs?
Our quotes are typically EXW or FOB. Shipping costs are calculated separately based on delivery address, weight, and shipping method.
13. Do you offer samples? What are the charges?
Yes, we provide samples for existing products and regular customers. Sample fees and shipping costs are borne by the customer. The sample fee is refundable once the formal order reaches a certain quantity.
14. What payment methods do you accept?
We have 4 stores in the market and typically accept cash, T/T (bank transfer). Please confirm with our sales team for details.
Shipping & Lead Time
15. What is your lead time after placing an order?
For in-stock products, about 7-15 days. For customized orders, generally 35-45 days depending on process complexity. Exact time will be confirmed when you place the order.
16. What shipping methods do you support?
We support express (DHL, FedEx), air freight, and sea freight. You can choose based on urgency and budget.
17. Can you help arrange logistics?
Yes. We can do help if you don't have any agencies in China. We work with multiple freight forwarders and can assist with export shipping and customs clearance.
After-Sales & Quality
18. How do you ensure product quality?
We have a comprehensive quality control system from raw material inspection, in-process inspection, to finished product full inspection. Third-party inspections (SGS, TUV) are available upon request.
19. What if I receive products with quality issues?
Please inspect the goods upon arrival. If you find any quality problems, take photos and contact us. We will provide solutions such as replacement, return, or refund as appropriate.
20. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturing factory located in Yiwu, Jinhua, Zhejiang, China, with our own production lines. This means competitive pricing and faster lead times.
21. Can I visit your factory?
